Community-based Enterprise

As the Svaram project was initiated and co-created with the first batch of trainees, and the management always based on a participatory approach, it follows that in the present transition from a development project into a sustainable enterprise that the emphasis on social awareness and engagement wants to continue and not be lost in a more rational and business-oriented procedure. The challenge this represents focuses us on a holistic paradigm and strategy that in-cooperates not only the material but also psychological, social and environmental well being of the growing  Svaram community enterprise.
