	1. Aurelio Director; The guiding force behind the project Aurelio is grateful that the years of research into sound and consciousness find their practical application. A social entrepreneur at heart, he constantly enlivens the Svaram adventure with fresh enthusiasm. Contact

	1. Jan Technical Resource; Jan is one of the original Auroville pioneers. He brings a lot of technical craft experience to Svaram, likes to dive solo into explorations and takes up technical challenges with a quite confidence. As well he is playing e-guitar. Contact

	1. Karthik Customer Service; He is one of the foundations stones in Svaram and our functioning without his basic goodwill is impossible to imagine. His patience with any challenges which he faced in his very own way helpes a lot to the sustainability of the project. Contact

	1. Rajesh Stock/Shipping; Having started off in the workshop he always had more passion for electronics and is now the main helping hand and assistance in the office. Mostly in good mood – and a great comedian! He is always ready to make deliveries with his bike. Contact

	1. Rajeshwari Communication/Sales/Accounting; She is the good and quiet soul in our office. Reliable would be another word for describing her presence, as she handles with diligence and persistence all the accounting and management and customer communications. Contact

	2. Anandavel Xylophones; After studying in Mohannam Culture Center Anandavel worked in Auroville as a bricklayer. This is where he got used to hard work, and whenever there is a tough task, we call for the energy of the “African guy” due to his appearance. Contact

	2. Gnanavel Tuning/Metallophones; When something has to be precise, you will better give it into Gnanavel´s hands and care. He is the tuning specialist and engages in the quality control. His sense for sound and rhythm fits perfectly with his passion for dancing. Contact

	2. Magesh Metal/Research, There´s not that much to say about Mahesh - maybe because he himself speaks more with actions than with words. In concentration he explores the magic of metal sounds, participates in the "Unite Bells Project" and learns about Sound Healing Contact

	2. Parasu Strings; Parasu’s gift is his excellent craftsmanship and he is our wood specialist, training also others in his work with the string instruments. His strong connection to his Indian traditions you can see in the yearly temple festival and fire-walking. Contact

	2. Prakash Bamboo; His love for drums and rhythm is expressed in his creative work and the drum group he is leading and which often has performances around and in Auroville. He is always looking for new sounds for his music and loves experimentation. Contact

	2. Shankar Flutes/Human Resource; He is the one in the company who often helps solving problems and has always a listening ear for others and his sense for justice is remarkable. In the flute section he loves to explore new models and also plays his own tunes. Contact

	2. Sundaram Chimes/Music; When you hear somebody laughing loudly in Svaram, it is mostly Sundaram. His sense for music and humour helps a lot in the work and it´s great to see that he took great personal growth along with Svaram. On special occasions he is our Pujari Contact
